Our expertized scientific team synthesize your target gene and optimize protein expression and purification protocols. We offer protein expression from 4 available expression systems (E. coli, Yeast, Baculovirus-Insect and Mammalian). We offer high protein recovery and purity, typically >90% as assessed by SDS-PAGE analysis.

Quality Assurance & Customization
We provide quality control data which includes protein concentration (BCA/Bradford method) and SDS-PAGE analysis. Additional QC available: Western blotting, N/C-Terminal Sequencing, HPLC purity, Endotoxin testing. Proteins can be tagged with 6X His, GST, GFP, or untagged. Delivered lyophilized or in custom buffer. Scale from analytical to preparative with endotoxin levels < 0.01 EU/µg.
