We offer protein expression from 4 available expression systems (E. coli, Yeast, Baculovirus- Insect and Mammalian).
We offer high protein recovery and purify, typically >90% as assessed by SDS-PAGE analysis.
We provide quality control data which includes protein concentration (BCA/Bradford method) and SDS-page analysis. We also offer additional quality control data if needed: Western blotting, N-Terminal Sequencing, C-Terminal Sequencing, HPLC purity analysis and Endotoxin levels test.
We able to tag your protein with 6X His tag, GST tag, GFP tag and without any tag for various applications and either in lyophilized or prepared in a customized buffer.
We offer Analytical to preparative scale production and with Endotoxin level < 0.01EU/µg of protein.
